Sarah has over a decade of experience tackling unique and challenging user centred design briefs. Her KPIs have ranged from increasing ticket sales for top tier tourist attractions to reducing self harm across prisons in England and Wales. Sarah ensures user needs are at the heart of what we do and has worked as a key design stakeholder for services that serve millions of users a day.
Sarah has a dog called Neeps. Neeps has a spaniel cousin called Haggis. We are constantly thinking about Tatties.

Keith is a Delivery Lead with 13+ years of experience across both the Public and Private sectors. Starting his career in IBM, he has worked with some of the largest customers around the globe, including leading a team for 2 years on Universal Credit. He excels at bridging the gap between business and technology.
Keith has a young family and large Black Lab. He enjoys building stuff, especially if power tools are involved.

Daniel has spent his entire professional life in the public sector, working on some of the biggest digital reform programmes of the last two decades.
Daniel enjoys working on complex, distributed systems and delivering great services for citizens. He believes the public sector deserves better consultants and wants to be part of the drive to improve digital delivery for public sector clients.
When not in work Daniel is researching ways to get quicker on his bicycle.

Will is a senior software engineer and has 9 years experience working across government and 4 years experience across the finance, retail and industrial sectors.
Will was IBM UK’s leading DevOps expert. He designed, developed and then delivered the IBM DevOps training for 100s of employees across Europe.
Will says “Empower the team. Automate as much as you can. Most importantly: build a pragmatic and extensible solution that will stand the test of time.”
Fluffy stuff - loves his dog (Lady), surfing, music, his new baby (yet to be named) …

Henry has over a decade of experience delivering public sector services for DWP, Government Digital Service, and DVLA.
He was instrumental in the development of the GOV.UK Platform-as-a-Service, and developed several of their service brokers using the Open Service Broker API. He’s as happy writing software as he is with DevOps and infrastructure.
He was the lead infrastructure engineer for DVLA’s Kubernetes platform and shaped the way they implemented backing services using Terraform.
Recently he has carried out AWS data migrations for Universal Credit and engineered autoscaling solutions to improve their resilience.
When he’s not working you will probably find him in the garden, growing things he can eat.
